Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in the original packaging
- Include tags (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase or receipt

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested skincare and beauty products.

- Personal care items
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Hazardous materials or flammable products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
